& ConditionsPlease read carefully*Alcohol: Goondiwindi Golf Course is a fully licensed course which allows for all patrons to enjoy alcohol anywhere on the golf course. Due to the liquor license no BYO are allowed on the course, inside the clubhouse or restaurant areas. Any alcohol purchased as take away or on course drinks cannot be consumed within the clubhouse after purchase but must be taken with onto the course or away from course/clubhouse. Catering: Goondiwindi golf club outsources all their catering it is upto the client to use their preffered caterer or advice us on what you would like and we can send it through to our preferred caterer however, there may be a fee attached. Birthday or other cakes are allowed free of charged. Discuss your catering with the Club Manager Rie-Anne Welch. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas and all sigaret butts must be diposed of in the required sand buckets or ashtrays. NO BUTTS are allowed to be flicked onto the course or putting green at any time. Please ensure your guests are made aware of this if attending your function. Other: All deposits and fees must be paid when due and complete bill must be settled withing 7 days of your event. No bar tab will be operated unless prior arrangements had been agreed and no individual guests can run tabs unless they provide us with their credit card which will remain behind the bar until tab is settled. Cost of venue hire will include bar staff, 1 for 1 - 50 guests, 2 for 1 - 100 guests. Covid-19: All QLD Health rules & regulations as at time of booking will be in force and must be adhered to throughout your event. I agree to the Terms & Conditions Booking Fee payable: $100 (Upon confirming a booking $100 is payable which his non refundable but will be deducted from the final bill of your event) This fee remains non-refundable should you not attend your event or cancel after confirmation.
